RETURNS & REFUNDS
I want every piece that leaves my studio to bring a sense of coastal clarity to your space. If a study does not meet your expectations of quality or structural soul, I offer a disciplined process for returns and resolutions.
The Window for Review
You have three days after receiving your artwork to request a return. To be eligible, the piece must remain in its original, pristine condition and be returned in its original archival packaging.
- To initiate a request, please contact me directly. If your return is accepted, I will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to the studio without a prior request cannot be accepted.
Damages & Integrity Issues
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival. If the artwork is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect piece, contact me at once. I am committed to evaluating the issue and making it right to ensure the integrity of your collection.
Custom Artwork & Final Sales
Certain acquisitions are considered final to protect the nature of the work:
- Custom Commissions: Because these are unique distillations of your personal story, they cannot be returned.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are considered final archives.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you receive the piece that best fits your space is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate acquisition for the new study.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For collectors in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The artwork must be in the same condition as received—unused and in its original packaging—accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Resolution
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the transaction.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to the studio.
