Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS: RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS & PRE-ORDERS

In the Curbing Art studio, some acquisitions are offered as recurring subscriptions or pre-orders for works to be made at a future date. This policy defines the terms of engagement for managing these specific types of collections.

The Recurring Subscriptions

A subscription is an invitation to receive repeat deliveries of distilled studies over a set duration. These are designed to bring a consistent sense of coastal stillness into your space.

  • Frequency & Duration: Deliveries are based on the duration and frequency you select at the time of signing up.
  • Secure Billing: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery as it is prepared, unless you choose to pay for the entire series in advance.
  • Renewal & Discipline: Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you choose not to continue the series, you may cancel at any time.
  • Management: Every order confirmation email contains a direct link to your archive. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription there at your discretion.

Anticipated Studies (Pre-Orders & Commissions)

When you secure a pre-order or a commission, you are reserving a study that is currently in progress or not yet in the active inventory.

  • The Reservation: For these works, I may collect a partial deposit or full payment at checkout to anchor your place in the studio schedule.
  • Fulfillment: Your payment details are stored securely, and the full or remaining balance will be fulfilled and charged at a future date as the work nears completion.
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a pre-order or commission at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the work has been completed and dispatched from the studio, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Resolutions: Once fulfilled, these pieces fall under the standard Returns & Resolutions Policy for refunds or adjustments.
