This inaugural series focuses on a singular historic structure at the edge of the Cape. Through four distinct states of watercolor, the house at Eighty-Two is revealed.

THE SCENE

The Environment: Presence grounds the structure within the tactile reality of the Cape. Here, the disciplined search for the essential reveals the textures of the earth—the scrub, the salt-grass, and the passing flight of birds. The house stands firmly, an anchor against a shifting landscape, defined by the dark, etched lines where the building meets the ground.

Presentation

Mounting: Mounted on cradled birch panel, offering structural durability and modern refinement.

Framing: Float mount frame that allows the work to "breathe" without the limitations of glass.
