ESSENTIALS COLLECTION

"Emergence" Series: Eighty-Two: The structure rising from the salt-air mist.

82 Commercial Street, Provincetown

This inaugural series focuses on a singular historic structure at the edge of the Cape. Through four distinct states of watercolor, the house at Eighty-Two is revealed.

THE SCENE

The Atmosphere: In the salt-air mist of Provincetown, structure is often a suggestion before it is a fact. Emergence captures the house at the moment of its becoming, where the heavy dampness of the coast begins to yield to the morning light. The architecture is not merely sitting in the scene; it is being carved out of the vapor, a memory rising into view.

ARTIST NOTE

"In Provincetown, the light is a constant—but the noise is a choice. These works are the choice to see what is essential." — Marshal Walden
